Protein check

Is this food high in protein?

On GLP-1 medication every bite counts. Type a dish or ingredient below and instantly see how much protein our meals provide with it. From 20 grams of protein per portion we call it protein-rich, 10 to 20 grams moderate, below that low. This is guidance from our fixed database, not medical advice.

Short answers

Frequently asked questions

How much protein per portion is enough?

Aim for 20 to 30 grams of protein per main meal and 10 to 15 grams per snack. That fits 1.2 to 1.6 grams per kilo per day.

Where do these numbers come from?

From our fixed meal database with rounded guidance per portion. Real products differ per brand: check the label for exact values.

What if I cannot find something?

The check only knows our own meals. Search more broadly (chicken instead of chicken-breast chunks) or ask via the planner with your own words under dislikes.
